Colony West

The Colony West Homeowners Association requires all owners of Colony West properties to review and fill out the Architectural Agreement Form before external projects begin. The Colony West Homeowners Association is responsible for enforcing the master regulations, architectural control, and the polices and resolutions which govern the community. Per our policy, all changes must be documented in a written request to the Board of Directors. We have streamlined that process by providing an Architectural Change Agreement Form. If you are an owner or manage a property, please print or electronically sign, fill out, and return this form to the CW HOA office. You can print it out or email it directly to cwhoa31@gmail.com. Please do not call the office with these changes, we will only direct you to our website for this document. Thank you!
